ROCKY Sports Academy is committed to providing a professional and dependable training experience.

Our refund policy applies to football, basketball, and baseball training sessions purchased through our website.

Training Session Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on when a cancellation is requested and whether the scheduled training session has already taken place.

Requests submitted at least 72 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise approved by ROCKY Sports Academy.

Missed Sessions

Athletes who fail to attend a scheduled session without providing advance notice are considered no-shows.

Missed sessions are nonrefundable.

Cancellations by ROCKY Sports Academy

If ROCKY Sports Academy cancels a session due to weather, coach availability, facility conditions, or another operational issue, customers will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund for the affected session.

Training Packages

Refunds or credits for unused sessions in a training package will follow the package terms disclosed at purchase.

Customers should review package-specific terms before purchasing.

Completed Training Sessions

Training sessions that have been completed are nonrefundable unless a refund is required by law or approved following review of a service-related concern.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
